Who we are

UPLIFT PROCUREMENT SPECIALISTS LTD (company number 14641723) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Registered office: Office 16 Egerton House, 2 Tower Road, Birkenhead, England, CH41 1FN.

You can contact us about privacy at any time via [email protected].

What we collect

When you submit a project enquiry we collect the information you provide:

  • Contact details — name, company, email address and (optionally) telephone number
  • Project details — location, facility type, project stage, target dates, products required, approximate quantities, budget range, installation preference and your project description
  • Enquiry context — the page you enquired from, any category or product you were viewing, and standard campaign (UTM) parameters from the link you followed

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage any resulting business communications. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating our business-to-business procurement service.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

Your information is handled through a small number of service providers acting on our behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

  • DigitalOcean — website hosting (App Platform)
  • Formspree — enquiry form processing and delivery; submissions are stored in an access-controlled account so enquiries can be retrieved and managed. Formspree may process data outside the UK; appropriate safeguards apply as described in their own privacy documentation
  • Squarespace Domains — email forwarding for our enquiries address

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records of our communications with you. You may ask us to delete it at any time (see Your rights below).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use the Meta Pixel or similar technologies. Pages are delivered over HTTPS; no non-essential cookies are used.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address above.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information — for example by introducing a new service provider — we will update this page before the change takes effect.
