Process
How we work.
Commercial procurement shouldn't mean chasing ten suppliers across ten categories. Uplift runs a single, disciplined process from first brief to final delivery.
Specify
We work from your plans, brief or wish-list to define the right commercial specification for each product — quantities, finishes, site requirements and programme.
Source
We draw on established manufacturing relationships to source against that specification — including products outside the published core range where your project demands it.
Procure
You receive a clear, consolidated commercial proposal. One procurement partner across multiple categories, with pricing structured for projects rather than retail.
Deliver
Supply is coordinated to your project programme — UK-based support with worldwide shipping capability, from single items to full facility packages.
Commercial modes
Four ways to buy.
Every engagement runs through the same specify–source–procure–deliver discipline. What changes is what we procure for you — and how it's branded, adapted or consolidated.
Uplift Supply
Supply an existing commercial product.
Curated commercial products sourced through established manufacturing relationships — specified for your environment and quoted as a project, not sold off a shelf.
White Label
White-label a supported product.
Products manufactured or branded for other operators, where supported by the relevant manufacturer — your brand, commercially specified equipment.
Bespoke
Develop or customise a suitable product.
Products adapted or manufactured around project-specific requirements, where supported by the relevant manufacturer — dimensions, finishes and configurations shaped to the project.
Project Procurement
Coordinate multiple categories for a complete project.
Multiple product categories sourced and coordinated as part of a wider commercial fit-out or development — one partner across the whole equipment schedule.
Supply model
Supplied without assembly, as standard.
Products are normally supplied without assembly, keeping logistics efficient and pricing honest. Where your project needs professional assembly or installation, this is arranged separately through Uplift's partner trade firms — quoted distinctly from product supply.
Uplift does not directly employ all installation trades; installation is coordinated with appropriate partner firms where it adds value to the project.
Beyond the range
Sourced to your project, not our shelf.
The published categories are the core range — not the limit of what Uplift can procure. Project-specific commercial products can be sourced through the same established manufacturing network, to the same standard.
Tell us what you needThe commercial logic
Fewer layers. Higher specification.
Established relationships
Uplift procures through long-standing manufacturing relationships, including established Chinese manufacturing contacts built over years of commercial sourcing.
Leaner supply chain
With fewer middlemen and distribution layers between the factory and your project, more of your budget goes into the product itself.
Higher spec, better value
The result: a higher specification product can often be supplied at a lower price than traditional UK retail and distribution channels — without positioning on 'cheap'.
Bespoke sourcing
Can't see what you need?
The published range is a starting point, not a ceiling. Uplift sources project-specific commercial products through its established manufacturing network — if your project needs it, ask us.
